Google I/O 2015 Keynote - 5/28 at 9:30AM

On Thursday, May 28th at 9:30AM, TWiT will be covering the Google I/O 2015 keynote.

Leo Laporte will be joined in-studio by Aaron Newcomb, along with Gina Trapani and Ron Richards via Skype. We will be carrying Google’s live stream, with commentary from our panel discussing all of the news from the event.

You can watch and listen live at live.twit.tv. The coverage will also be made available as a TWiT Live Special for download and on demand streaming.

(Please note: Tech News Today will record at 8:30AM that day, with Leo guest-hosting;  Know How and This Week in Computer Hardware will have their start times pushed back a half hour).

Gina Trapani Update

As discussed on the latest episode of This Week in Google, Gina Trapani is scaling back her involvement with the show to focus on growing ThinkUp.

What does that mean? Starting with today's show, Gina will only be appearing once a month on "This Week in Google."

Unfortunately, Tuesday, January 13th, will be her last show as a co-host on "All About Android." (However, she does promise us she will appear as a guest whenever she can)

In the meantime, look for rotating guests on both "This Week in Google" and "All About Android," and we look forward to seeing more of Gina in the future!

Google I/O 2014 Keynote - 6/25 at 9AM

On Wednesday, June 25 at 9AM, please join Leo Laporte and special guests for a special two-hour episode of Tech News Today, dedicated to coverage of the Google I/O 2014 keynote address from Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.

At 1PM, we will also have an I/O-themed episode of This Week in Google, with Gina Trapani and Jeff Jarvis in-studio with Leo to discuss that day’s developments.

All About Android Adds Gina Trapani

We’re very excited to announce that Gina Trapani will be joining Jason Howell and Ron Richards as a co-host on All About Android.

Gina is the creator of ThinkUp, the Todo.txt app, and the founding/former editor of Lifehacker. She also co-hosts This Week in Google on TWiT.

As both an Android expert and developer, we think that Gina is a perfect fit for AAA. We look forward to hearing her additional insights and perspective, starting with the January 8, 2013 episode.

TWiT shows "bring the funny"

This is nothing new to those of you who are long time viewers/listeners. However, I'm still a n00b and honestly had no idea that many of the hosts constantly "bring the funny"! Take your pick: pre, post or during the show. Whatever the time, there is almost always something funny shared.
